Chasing
Boundless dreams
The refrain
Amid guitars and drumbeat
A Summer's
Melodic background
And
The perfect
divine last chord
A
Tender
True love’s
kiss
Under a summer sun
at

A song to hold you in time, Penny and keep the memories alive, those feelings that stirred all those years ago are still there, you just need a channel to take you back, a song or a scent. It must be both comforting and painful. I hope you are doing okay.

comforting and painful - I couldn.t put it any better- it's true the happiest memories that have always held joy can acquire a bittersweet edge when someone from the memory is no longer here...but the memory lives on and in it...there is still life and love and a way to relive that moment -- music is the best way back too, one little chord can transport you. Thank you Jane for your lovely comment. Every day I am trying to find the 'happy' moments... again...
