'Spiritual Doctor': So what's the problem now?

Me: I get restless and I have to seek pain relief.

What kinds of pain relief are you using?

It depends - I think I'm beginning to work it out now.
Image pain - jewellery and clothes.
Loneliness pain - an instant admirer.
Spiritual pain - now that's the umbrella pain for all of them.

And how do you deal with this 'umbrella' pain?

Again, it depends. At the worst times with a trip to the pharmacy and a scan of the painkillers behind the counter. On a medium day, irritability, withdrawal (from people) and total couch potato-ness.

And on a good day?

Well, that's where you come in Doctor. Asking for help, communing with the spirit I believe is in and around all of us, and letting go of self will. I try Doctor, I really do try.
