When you offered to take me for a drive,
I never anticipated it would be such a fantastic ride!
The summer sun shining all around the welsh hills,
with the warm breeze filtering through my long brown hair, I thought of nothing not a single care!
Oh those summer day's.
Your white spitfire car, hidden away from coppers passing by, while we sat on the grass smoking some ash, quick I heard you cry, hide it,I can see more people passing by. No I said has I laughed, its sheep you silly sod.
Oh those summer day's.
Then with a calm I never saw before, you grabbed me and placed me to the floor, out on the hills with nothing on but a smile I wore all day!!
I will never forget that summer spent on the beautiful welsh mountain and the gentle touch of your big mainly hands and a memory of love, spontaneity and fun have never left me, never no way!!
