Eyes of Fire

By Richard L. Provencher

Fri, 30 Nov 2012
  • 487 reads

I come to you with eyes
of fire. And after the twilight in
evening’s leer
you avoid the shadow
of my presence. My stalking
observes movement
the way you
view a mirror. And next
time you find yourself peering
at the glass be aware
I am a reflection of
your unsavoury intentions.
