A man in a boy’s body
meant divinity—
Guardians claimed he was
above all in his
kingdom.
His was the choice of life
and it came to pass
a servant tried to extricate
a goat and the penalty--
a slight wave and the man’s
head came off. Only he
was allowed to raise any hand
for all to see. They were
puny for duties
expected from his position.
And sadly he passed
away very young.

egiptian archeology
The history of ancient Egipt has always been fascinating, very fortunately a lot of it has been perserved. This was very interesting Richard, a teenage boy with so much power, a demi-god.
Stay well! Sala ghachle!
