in a Harvest Moon reaching

out to lovers gazing

up in wondrous salutation

beams of strength

soft -- translucent with

messages to dream about.

 

Life is energy in a

straight path

a forceful journey

to unknown destinations

as an evening concert

ending in a kiss.

Richard I believe the harvest moon effect can be explained by the phenomenon of refraction, although I like your romantic approach more!

Kudos to you Tom for your encouragement. The moon and its attributes was such an emotional experience one night during a tenting trip on a very small island 3/4 of a mile from the shore. The moon created such a beautiful path of light to the shore, I bathed in its presence.
