Rayna needed to get back to the hospital, but had no money with her to call a cab since she spent it all on her outfit last Thursday.
She didn't know anybody else, and the hospital was too far away to walk.
She had no choice, but to call one of Maya's friends, and hope that they would agree to drive her there.
She went through Maya's address book, and called a few people, but everyone was busy or didn't answer the phone at all.
The last person listed in Maya's book was someone named Caelia.
Rayna called her, and too her surprise, she agreed to drive her to the hospital.
She had been to the house a few times before, so she knew where it was.
It felt like Caelia took an eternity to arrive at her house, even though it was only a few minutes.
Caelia arrived at the Alekseev's house in a 1993 mustang cobra that was an ultramarine color.
Rayna ran to her vehicle, and Caelia quickly drove away.
"Thank you so much for doing this for me."
Said Rayna.
"It's no problem.
I can't believe that Maya was poisoned."
"I know.
None of it makes any sense.
I'm Rayna, by the way."
"I'm Caelia.
I've seen you in school."
Rayna noticed that she had an accent, but it wasn't one that she had heard before.
Most of the drive there was spent in silence.
They didn't know each other, so therefor, there was not much to talk about.
Also, they were both very worried about Maya.
"How long have you and Maya been friends?"
Asked Rayna.
"Not long.
I moved here with my father four months ago.
Maya was the first person to talk to me.
We don't know each other that well, but I can tell that your sister is a good person.
I hate to see bad things happen to good people."
After 25+ minutes, they had arrived at the hospital.
This was the first time Rayna got a good look at Caelia.
She appeared to be 5'8" and 118 lbs with dark brown hair that was slightly longer than shoulder length.
She was dressed in light blue jeans and a short sleeved pigment green shirt with blue sleeves.
She had dark eyes, and a tan.
She was beautiful.
They ran through the halls of the hospital as fast as they could. Caelia followed Rayna. They finally got to Maya's room, but she was not there. There was no sign of Mariya either. They asked everyone they passed, but no one would take the time to help them. They split up.
Rayna regretted this Decision, because she was sure that Caelia would get lost, and then she would have two people to search for. However, she was wrong.
Caelia found Mariya first. She recognized her because she had been to Maya's house before.
"Caelia, what are you doing here?"
asked a panicked Mariya
"Rayna called me, and asked for a ride."
answered Caelia
"What is happening with Maya?"
asked Caelia
"I don't know.
She was fine, and then started convulsing. Five minutes later, she had slipped into a coma."
answered Mariya
Rayna continued searching everywhere for them.

Antanas had become very tired, and had difficulties concentrating on the road.
His head was pounding, and he began to feel dizzy.
He tried to find a place to park, so he could rest for a moment, but lost all control of the vehicle.
It swerved off the road, and hit a tree.
Antanas was not wearing a seat belt, and hit his head hard on the windshield, shattering it.
There was blood all over.
Antanas was unconscious.
No one was around, so he was left for dead.

Rayna was getting very frustrated looking in circles for Maya.
She asked everyone that she encountered, but the answer was always the same.
No one knew where she was.
Maya could not breathe, and Doctors were forced to intubate.
They placed a plastic tube down her throat, and put her on a ventilator.
Less than a minute later, her stats began improving, although she was still unconscious.
Mariya stood outside of the room, and watched as the Doctors inserted the tube down her daughters throat.
Even though she knew it was for the best, part of her wanted to stop them from doing it.
"I wish my husband was here with me now. I hate having to go through this alone."
said a nervous Mariya
"I will stay with you, Mrs. Alekseev."
stated Caelia
Doctor's did everything they could for Maya.
The only thing that was left was just to wait for her to wake up.
However, there was a big chance that she may never.
Mariya was devastated. It already felt like Maya was dead.
To make things worse, both Antanas and Rayna were missing.
She tried several times to call Antanas.
The phone would ring, but he would not answer.
She assumed he was avoiding her.
Little did she know that he had been in an accident.
Perhaps, it was better that she did not know.
The last thing she needs is her husband in the hospital.
Rayna had stepped outside to try calling her father, when she ran into her mother.
She explained to her everything that was going on with Maya, and how she could not get a hold of Antanas.

Antanas had finally awoken.
He didn't know what had happened, only that his head was throbbing.
He was lying on a brown sofa, covered in a white and red blanket.
"Oh, you're awke!"
Said a woman
He looked over, and was surprised to see that it was Elena from the café.
"What happened? How did I get here?"
asked Antanas
"Now who's the one with all the questions?"
said Elena, sarcastically
"You were in an accident.
Your car was totaled, but you weren't seriously injured, fortunately."
said Elena
"I saw that you needed help, so I dragged you into my car and drove you here.
You've gained weight since I saw you last, 18 years ago."
"Why didn't you just call an ambulance?"
asked Antanas
"Because I couldn't get through to them.
Their lines were busy.
Besides, I am a nurse in training to be a Doctor. I assessed you myself.
You do have a nasty bump on your head. You can stay with me until you're feeling better."
stated Elena
"No, I can't. I have things to do. I have to get my car fixed and leave."
said Antanas
"Well, I'm afraid you're out of luck then.
No place is open until Monday, and you're certainly not in driving condition."
said Elena
"You should call your wife, and tell her about the accident."
"My wife? I don't have a wife."
said Antanas
"Of coarse you do.
She is the one you left me for, remember?
You have twin daughters."
said Elena
"I do not!"
insisted Antanas
"Why are you lying to me, Elena?"
"Oh, no. I think you may have partial amnesia.
You seem to remember me. What is the last thing that you remember?"
asked Elena
"I'm not sure. I just have this feeling like I have some place important to be right now."
answered Antanas
"All right. What year is it?"
asked Elena
"What a dumb question. It is 1988."
said Antanas
"Oh, no. It seems you do not remember anything after 1988. This is bad."
stated Elena
"You said I was married with twin daughters.
Tell me more about my life, please. I want to remember."
asked Antanas
"Well, I don't know much about your life after 1988.
We were together, but you were secretly married.
You left me once you found out your wife was pregnant, and moved to Valle Pacifica."
said Elena
"What is my wife's name?"
asked Antanas
"I don't know her name, but your daughters are named Rayna and Maya.
They should be close to 18 now."
said Elena
"What do you mean, we were together? I never went out with you."
asked Antanas
"It's true. You and I were together.
You started seeing me about a year after you got married.
You said that you were not happy with her."
said Elena
"This cannot be happening to me.
Are you absolutely sure that you are talking to the right person? Is this some kind of sick joke?"
asked Antanas
"I'm afraid everything that I told you is the truth.
We need to get you to a doctor."
said Elena
She looked out the window, and saw that a bad storm had just arrived. She decided to brave the storm, and take Antanas to the hospital anyway.
However, there nearest one was more than two hours away.
Antanas stumbled into the back seat of Elena's vehicle. She tried her best to get him to the hospital, but visibility was near zero.
She only got about 3216 meters, (Two miles) when she realized that there was no way she could make it to the hospital in this weather. She managed to make it back to her home, and called the ambulance. They told her that it would probably be a while before they could get there.

Mariya was sitting in the waiting room with Caelia.
They were talking, and Rayna had fallen asleep.
"So, where are you from, Caelia?"
asked Mariya
"I am from the Province of Cagliari, in Sardinia, Italy.
I just moved here with my father two months ago."
said Caelia
"Where is your mother?"
asked Mariya
"I don't know. I have not seen her since I was 8 years old. She was a bad alcoholic, who had gotten into drugs.
She left my father for this Sailor. Last I heard, they were living in Norway."
replied Caelia
"Why did you and your father decide to move here?
Had you not heard about all the murders?"
asked Mariya
"No, we knew nothing about the murders.
My father was offered a nice job here, so we had to move.
Except for all the murders, I kind of like it here. I like how everyone knows each other, and everyone is like a big family.
My father is always working, and I never had any siblings.
Your daughter has been good to me."
Just then, a nurse came running into the waiting room.
She turned on the television.
It was a news anchor saying,
"The Valle Pacifica killer had struck again."
