Capitalism 2

If we are to talk of capitalism as something that is driven by culture, then we have to speak of liberal, cultural failures.
The liberals were dead wrong about the rate of technological progress.
1. America has not become a service economy.
2. Other technological advances that liberal thinkers predicted were greatly off. Robotics is in its elementary stages. Space Travel has had severe setbacks.
3. The liberals are no longer at the forefront of culture. In a funny way, the Tea Party is.
Also, if we are to truly look into the face of the future, we see that liberals were greatly in terms of politics too. China and Russia are autocratic nations, not democracies. Russia, actually, is a quasi-Fascist state. 110 people in Russia control 35% of the wealth in Russia and Vladimir Putin takes 94% of the profits of those corporations. This enables Vladimir Putin to control a large section of the economy for uses in war and bribery. He has also cultivated a cult of personality. Supplying raw resources to China has become a profitable business, and he has become a kind of left arm of China. Whereas China will not engage in war, Vladimir Putin will.
