The Culturally Incoherent Economy 3

Most of the time in America, I feel frustrated by the slowness of the pace of the business world. Then, I feel anti-social aggression, then I want to scapegoat someone, even if that person is someone very close to me. These are the steps of scapegoating that followers of Freud attribute to the phenomena of "scapegoating." These liberal followers of Freud want to privatize racism, anti-social behavior, and most of all, aggression. Perhaps they have a point, but I really think that they are barking up the wrong tree. Political correctness and affirmative action are not the solutions... they are delays of the inevitable, that we must confront the Real, not the imaginary or the symbolic.

Movies, then, give me some sense of sanity. Movies are not as unrealistic as some people make it out to be. Black Swan actually had a healing effect on me. I've also started online courses through the Harvard Edu Online and I find that my love of ancient Greek theatre, philosophy, and literature is coming back to me.

To be purged of the scapegoating impulse is a difficult task.

After all, if you're white or yellow and you work your butt off all your life and you are applying for a job and a black and hispanic man with 3/4 of your value gets the job, why shouldn't you be mad? Is it really racism to be mad? No. Most people don't even have a definition of racism. Most angry people live in the subconscious and most of their anger is actually toward family members or people in the neighborhood where they grew up and they are projecting that anger on others. Most people seem to live a pre-rational existence.

Meanwhile, all these people in the diaspora are getting health care, welfare, and tons of help from liberals who have become disenchanted with white America, but these liberals have no clue as to what minorities are like. People can put on a slavish face and still be tyrants.

I have no idea where America is going. $15 for entry jobs. I guess the working class whites will move to the middle class. The working class will be populated either by hypenated Americans or First Generation immigrants with very little hope of building their business beyond a few little stores.

My previous idea that minorites work harder than whites needs to be revised. Minorities work hard at first and then, they just lazy off. The reason that America works is because of the hard working elites.... and I think I can count these on my fingers... maybe 1,000 out of 325,000,000.

These are just my observations. America has become a culture of revenge and it goes on and on. It goes back to the initial split observed in the Mark Twain books.
