Stephen King is a great American writer and he's style of writing is quite beautiful. when i was institutionalized for bipolar disorder, i read one of his books. he writes about women killers and he's so dead on about the extreme states of women's psyches. women with a passion for justice know that there is no justice in the criminal justice system. they kill and perform justice themselves. The great Swedish director, Ingmar Bergman, shows the estranged eroticism of women during the Fascist takeover of Sweden in the Silence. I think it is the Fascist takeover that is being represented. Fascism is the ultimate apotheosis of the mind/body mentality without the emotions. the faces of women are difficult to read. Picasso shows the faces of women in different contortions and distortions. This is what Picasso has done to these women. in order to derive the maximum pleasure, he has twisted and turned women's faces into fetishes almost, art-objects, objectified them.
