education
parents

and realize that we are interrconnected
by plumbing
which takes our shit and piss
away.

political correctness
is just a form of etiquette
which turns
differences of opinion
or culture
into misunderstandings
makes everything nice and soft
and comfy
for everyone
never delving deep
to solve any issues
American black music
was turned into nice
comfy white music
for the culture to easily digest
and feel no need for change
or to find change a terrible step
but how much have we really changed?

most movies show white heroes
saving the world
sometimes Denzel Washington
saves us from a trainwreck
or an airplane disaster
white people are heroes to blacks in need
as in "Blind Side"
and "A Time to Kill"
"Mississippi Burning"
and it's true... good white people
have helped blacks, asians, and middle easterners
and its true
there's going to be a movie about Martin Luther King Jr.
but is this really the master narrative
for black people in America?
so you get spike lee and others writing
and showing their narratives
but how black can you go before
you fall into night
and society casts you out.

asians are so silent
in the face of rape
so silent
where does that silence go
into the heart of God
where
is our culture which protects us
and loves us

have you ever seen a sexual Asian?
not that sexuality is an important thing
but have you?
maybe in Asia and in Asian-American community
but have you seen it
on tv or American culture?
of course, in Korean culture
sexuality is converted into reverence
into Confucian ritual
of bowing and knowing one's place
you need a little rebellion to possess
sexuality
but think on this
how much do you think black sexuality
frightened nice Americans
and hispanic sexuality
both really marginalized Americans
and are they really that sexual or did they
just get sick of being looked down on
they rebelled?

asians who are sexual
are probably threatened with sexual harassment
for looking at a girl the wrong way

we are nailed down and they use their
understanding of our culture
to shame us into silence
what lies behind political correctness
is a volcano...

there are servile jews who would do
anything
to get into the clubs of their friends
there are asians who want to reasianize Asia
there are racist koreans
racist jews
racist blacks
and racist hispanics
and racist whites
each culture defines itself as the good and the other as evil

listen listen
to your interior monolgues
shut off everything and listen to yourself
are you overwhelmed
are you just talking to prevent yourself from
listening to yourself?
