Pride and Prejudice

When one speaks racism, one must speak of pride. It is the pride of one race over another race that causes racism. Now, I am not saying that all races should be considered equal as many anthropologists may say. Saying that all races are equal equates to saying that no races need to change and that is not what I am saying. I am simply stating that the pride of one race over another causes racism.
Now, I do not even know if one can separate the races into white, yellow, brown, and black or Caucasian-American, Asian-American, Hispanic-American, Afro-American, and Native-American but I will do so anyway.
There is a psychological process called projection. This is a process by which the individual projects onto the Other his/her unwanted or denied subconscious desires, etc.
The pride of one race projects upon another race their unwanted traits and subconscious desires. I think this is a pretty clear way of defining racism.
Now you may ask, what about when positive traits or characteristics are attributed to other races as in model minorities?
The psychological goal of the pride in the ego is to destroy the Other and in doing so, it needs allies.
With East Asians, it is actually the boon of Western Science and Western Capitalism that has made it competitive with American Culture. It is combined with an ethic of hard-work that is difficult for Caucasians to fathom. Koreans work hard and are energized by a seemingless unending flow of energy. Of course, it is often fueled by alcohol, cigarettes, and sex, but it is still a focused and continuous energy. The Chinese talk of the Dao of nature flowing into the Dao of Society. The Koreans talk about "ghe." The Japanese are energized by Zen-Buddhism and a seemingly endless empty, perfectionism. In another sense, East Asians are motived by a sense of wanting to conquer the world or even wanting to shape the world, give form and shape to the world, but I think if you asked many East-Asians what their vision for the world was, they wouldn't know. That's something the Americans take care of whether they like the way American is shaping the world or not.
In a funny way, that's a way of saying that America is superior to East Asia.
