Is renewal possible in the current world?
is renewal in
drinking, partying
and oblivion
and philosophizing
or is it in the going beyond
gate gate paragate
and then a flood of unconscious energy
flow from the libido
holy spirit
dark matter
soul.

We absorb and absorb
more and more of the Other...
will we become the Other
strangely foreign to ourselves
white kids wanting to be black
it's all the same thing
yellow kids wanting to be black
it's all the same thing...

we are all just parts now
no matter how diversified we are.

we want to be whole
but what does it mean to be whole?
to be God?
to know so much that you can't make a choice?
to be overwhelmed?

we try to escape history
reinvent ourselves
change our last names and fist names even
to hide our ethnic identity
why are we so ashamed of being ethnic?
but success...
employers don't like those long African names
or Asian names that americans can't pronounce.

where are we going?
can anyone tell us?
we are lost in a sea of too much information
and we do not know the course
let's dance and dance
but what if the composer is mad
and repeats himself over and over again?

the news is now and now
although things have occurred before and after
now and now like it's new
I don't even bother watching the news.

the internet is great
and facebook is a social equalizer
but most people
they have no clue what course to take
any choice you make has both good and bad consequences...
it's like a hippie colony
a kibbutz
constant talk
and no action
everyone chooses the status quo
unless someone bites a piece of their pie.

we must makes choices and progress onward.

people in a state of paralysis
and so many serious Korean movies
are about paralysis
we must move onward
do the best we can
not overly analysis
but white is not right
only right is right.

I don't see what the big problem is
with Korea reunifying
but people build mountains where there are none
people build walls
because they are lazy or insecure.

we must go onward, dance and progress
passivity is a kind of death
except for a clairvoyant
