"Dad, I just wanted to tell you that I loved you," Trisha tried to say sincerely.
"Why didn't you just text me?"
Trisha tried to look at her father, but she just couldn't. He hadn't really been a father to her. He had just let her do what she wanted to do and he didn't really interfere.
"Is it true dad?"
"Is what true? Do you ever have a frame of reference and is everything given to the wind?"
"That you work for the MASADA."
"I work for Harvard."
So he didn't want to talk about it.
"I understand you, dad."
Who the fuck was this girl? A young girl who heard the voice of God and believed it without any doubt. If God asked her to sacrifice her son, would she do it? No, she wouldn't have any kids.
