Ae-Jah El-Rah (narrative #2)
It was Ae-Jah El-Rah’s quest for spiritual knowledge that had caused him to leave the home of his paternal family over a fortnight ago and brought his restless legs to the Temple of the Blue Ray. -Or was it just adventure that had motivated him? It was hard to say, and he often wondered, was there a difference? Either way, he found the blue-green robes of a student-healer comfortable, and since temple practice allowed students to enroll and leave as they pleased, he concluded that the temple was as good a place as any to sleep under a dry roof, peruse the libraries by night, and wander the rock gardens and classrooms by day.
Certain personal matters lingered on Ae-Jah's mind as he watched Master Kronis, the Pleiadain monk, demonstrate the hand forms to the half ring of students. It was a small mixed group. Some sat on cushions or directly on the cold stone floor, while others like Ae-Jah stood near the back, leaning against the walls where the pale pillars held up the vaulted ceiling. Ae-Jah recognizing the usual faces. Most were the usual Pleiadian students with the usual Pleiadian long blond hair and blue eyes, but today he was surprised to notice a few new intergalactic-exchange students; members of the feline-humoid race with their vertical slit eyes and brown short cropped hair. The feline race come from the Revision Star Cluster, he remembering from the holographic star-maps in the underground library. He tried not to stare at them, but since most Pleiadians looked more or less alike, he found their foreign appearance to be fascinating. There is such diversity in galactic genetic traits.
Master Kronis spoke and his voice echoed into the back of the room off the high stone arches, cutting through Ae-Jah’s thoughts and bringing his mind back to the present: “-The heart is the center of a strong and clear light-body!” he emphasized, drawing his hands together over his chest in the mudra for the ‘heart flame,’ then expanded his arms wide to ‘diamond pose’ until his stance included the entire empty space around his body. “The physical body is not a prison, yet for many it may feel like it is. You may have told yourself at times that you are not fully free in this dimension, in this ‘physical unit,’ -That being alive feels sluggish and slow. -But I tell you that is not how it is naturally meant to be. That is only the perspective of one who does not have an awakened light-body. I am here to teach you of the freedom of life and the great truth of your hidden identity.”
Ae-Jah was in awe of the tall robed monk. It was said that Master Kronis had traveled to most of the charted galaxy and knew over two dozen spoken languages, all of which he seemed to accompany with strong hand language as if every idea had an accompanying mudra. Ae-Jah knew that Kronis was over 150 years of age, yet like most Pleiadians he looked more or less ageless. His build was tall and slender, and he carried an energy of maturity rather then decline. Unlike most Pleiadians his blond hair was kept short and lay upon the his head in natural sections. Ae-Jah knew he would have to wait until after the lesson to approach the monk directly and ask him for his wise council, and then later in the evening perhaps he would walk the gardens, of if he had a moment, make a surreptitious foray back down to the Hall of Records to once again peruse the scholarly archives.
Kronis continued: “There is a change from outward thinking to inward awareness that is necessary for this awakening to happen. By placing the untrained inner eye within the heart center we observe that a healthy light-body does not come from the beating of the physical heart, but rather that the beating of the physical heart comes from a healthy light-body.
Kronis continued his demonstration gesturing boldly and fluidly with each word: "The light-body is not something that can be activated because ‘activation’ is the wrong word. -It activates us! The Old Pleiadian ways teach that hand-mudras are one of the fastest ways of becoming aware of your light-body. Now that I have shown you the mudras of the ‘heart-flame’ and ‘diamond,’ I will show you how they flow together in movements. Watch: Notice how my energy opens slightly when I assumed the pose of the ‘heart-flame?’ Notice how my body is grounded, yet relaxed? How my neck and chest open?
Master Kronis with took a deep breath slowly and closed his eyes, and a deep tone rumbled from his chest, a powerful sound that filled the room and resonated off the high stone ceilings. He moved his body in long sweeping movements, flowed from ‘heart-flame’ to ‘diamond,’ then opened the arms above to channeling universal energy through his central channel. Was it Ae-Jah’s imagination, or did the subtle aura around Kronis’s body seem to brighten slightly? At the end of his exhalation Kronis waited until the last echoes died from the walls before he opened his eyes to once again speak to the students.
“Did you see what happens when one adds breath, movement, and voice to the poses? Notice how my shoulders shift when I flow into the mudra of the diamond? There is a slight raising of the heart as the shoulders open backwards, and as I push the light body open, the field of my heart grows and becomes clearer and clearer. As I open my whole body to the heavens, I allow for the universe to move my body as it flows through me. Let me tell you the truth: you light body is always activated, yet goes unseen for those who do not cultivate its awareness. Your physical body is a circuit and in this way one can allow for the circuit to be open and vibrate. Energy always fallows the path of least resistance. These exercises at first will benefit from practice, but soon you can add more advanced movements to them. Try them later in a field of grass as you walk slowly with bare feet upon the ground. Please take these studies to heart and practice them in your own time and you will see great cultivation. It is my pleasure to add any clarity if anyone has questions. I am here to serve you.
The class was almost over. Ae-Jah waited. A few students asked questions and Kronis graciously facilitated answers. Before the students began to gather their cushions Kronis addressed them all with a last reminder: “I wish to close this days discourse with some simple notes of caution. The energy of the light body is very powerful. It is dangerous to try to force the energy. The old Pleiadian ways are gentle in their approach yet direct in their wisdom, -yet I warn you, not all other techniques are as safe. For this reason I advise all serious students to rely on this temple as is a safe and grounded place for learning the mysterious of embodiment. Do not hesitate to seek me out personally if you need any assistance. I am here to serve you!” Kronis clasped his hands and bowed gently to the group.
