Summer has returned at last
that which we yearn for
since the year just pass'd
Bird song no longer a rude awakening
They reunite and entwine.

We hear the chorus when awake
certain then that the day is fair
Euphoria! That a feeling so great
Oh, how is is to feel so alive
Thoughts reunite and entwine.

Lovers look, then listen
non-verbal thoughts exchanged
