Injustice!!! Part Two!

So I had a planned meeting. ‘Boss Pet’ sadly was in meeting too, as planned.

I opened the meeting and said I wanted to talk about what happened yesterday. I told how ‘Boss Pet’ made me feel, that ‘Boss Pet’s’ actions were “Unprofessional, Ageist, that I felt Bullied, that No one else would have been treated that way there. I said to my Boss when I had said all that I was on my Heart!

“I said I want to make a Written Complaint!!!”

Boss was NOT happy and replied ‘My Pet’ may want to Counter YOUR Complaint! What an odd thing to say to me!!! The rules of work does NOT say that!!! It says, “You want to make a complaint?” “You have my FULL support, this is what you need to do.....”

Boss asked ‘Her Pet’ if want to comment – ‘Boss Pet’ did, it seemed that Brown Nose*  was busy the day before!!! I didn’t stand a chance!!!

I mentioned the hours Brown Nose spends on mobile playing games, this was quickly dismissed by Boss!!! The MOST untouchable Brown Nose It, or should it be Git!!!

Later I asked another Worker if Boss had gone home, Worker said, “No, Boss  is upstairs,” but I’d just come from there so the sad thing is Boss left without saying the usual “Goodbye” to us all – a SAD day!

No Support for me then or advice of what to do next for my complaint against a rude, big-headed brat or is that a .......!

*Brown Nose is a slang word for a person who you work with who tries to find favour with the person in authority, like a Boss or a Manager, they say things about those they work with to them, be it true or false and (sadly) they are beleived!
