I resent my
poetry.

 

It all seems so obvious.

who draws a mountain.

 

Like the letter "A" - the middle line sagging

to indicate a snow cap.

If a poet wants to draw a mountain,

She or he should draw a tiger,

mountain upside down,

 

Or should draw what the inside of a mountain looks
like,

 

Or maybe, maybe the poet should draw a blade of
grass,

 

That might grow miles from the mountain,

But might have a single bead of dew on it,

on whose surface

is reflected.

how a Poet should behave regarding a Mountain.

paper meaning to draw a mountain,

discovering first a perfect apex,

snow.
