The Pain

"Pain. My name is Pain."
"Where are you? I can't see you!" I screamed, tripping over a rock.
"I am right here." it said.
I turned around, seeing a beautiful woman perched high above the dark cave. She had red vivacious hair and pink cheeks with a long white dress. Her sparkly green emerald eyes twinkled, causing me to blush for awhile. I could see only her and the cave. I couldn't even see my hands.
"Come. See your destiny, child." she gestured, waving me over.
I stumbled forward, and smiled.
She stood up and walked into the cave. Slowly, I followed behind, looking around the cave walls. Pictures were forming along, there was a man holding a sword, a woman holding a baby, an evil sibyl, and a dragon. I squinted and suddenly, I fell to my knees.
"I can't move! Pain! Pain! Help me!" I cried.
I looked up and found her staring down at me with her bright green eyes. She touched my forehead, and suddenly, it grew light.
Someone called,"Wake up, George! I wanna play!"
My eyes flew wide open and Geeni was sitting on top of my chest full of excitement in her sparkly green eyes.
"IT'S SNOWING!"she cried.
I groaned and pushed her off my chest.
"Hmmph." she grouched, pinching my ear.
"Aghhhh! Stop it! That hurt!" I wailed, throwing the covers over my head.
"Puh- lay with me!!" she begged.
Too tired to argue for more, I sighed and nodded.
"In 15 minutes Geeni." I grumped.
Giggling like a little baby, she jumped off my chest once more and ran out the door.
I covered my ears and slowly tried to drift back to sleep. Knowing I wouldn't be able to dream until it was really 10 p.m., I stood up and stretched, stifling a yawn.
"AUHHHH." I yawned, breathing out one nasty morning breath.
I had only five more minutes until Geeni would come pounding into my room once more to beg for at least one snowman. Hurrying to get to my clothes, I ran for the bathroom door.
"Ah- hah! Your so lazy! I'm not gonna leave your side until you're really done." she growled, blocking the bathroom door.
"Aww Geeni, I need to use the restroom! Your just keeping me from building a snowman with you anyway." I complained.
"I am?! Oh! Er.. erm.. okay, go in and come out quickly!" she chirped.
Fleeing down the stairs, Geeni was gone once more. I ran my hand down my hair and flicked away for what felt like dandruff.
"Gosh. I really need a bath!" I exclaimed, turning the knob to hot.
I waved a towel through my hair as I passed Gerri, pronounced with a "j". The baby was cradling a teddy bear in his arms. The soon-to-be 4 year old giggled and sneezed in his stuffy crib. I passed another room ahead which seemed to be Gwen's room. The goth was putting some black lipstick on her lips and waved at me as I walked by. Smiling, I headed for the kitchen where Geneva was standing.
"David, a word." she said, looking stern.
"Hey Gen, what's up?" I smiled, biting into an apple.
"Your room is a mess and your so lazy. You don't wanna do much but sleep, eat, rest, and who knows what but type up more of your stories! George, I don't care if you write stories, but if you don't stop at one time, you will become blind! You need to exercise like most young boys do and if you won't then I will send you to live with Henry. He's a nice man and you need to have and live your life. You may be our tenant for what seems forever and the past month hasn't troubled me much but seeing you gain so much weight is so devastating. You may go." she sighed, putting her hands to her hips.
I nodded for what seemed a long time and went outside. Geeni had a shovel and a small ball in her hand.
"Lets begin, partner!!!" she laughed, handing me the snowball.
