Jingling lies

I wonder when the acting will stop
with all the jingling lies
to cause a pretty distraction
then I think that this is a very smart World.

I wonder why a saint would lie
I wonder why one so clean pretend to be what she is not,
I feel so sorry for her,
She is covering herself.

She does not want to be hated,
background is hard enough,
life is hard enough
but then I wonder is it ever makes a difference
will anyone ever see you as ordinary?

But I guess we all do like,
a good jingle lie or two
just to make us feel better
but I guess I will have to opt out
of joining the crew of foolishness.
