I’d seen Dev Mullur around at the auctions. We were on nodding terms. I could see by the properties he bid on he had a pretty long list. Never going...
Although I loved watching Whispering Bob, I didn't always get a chance to see the programme so no doubt I missed or "forgot" his explanation. I had a similar problem with finding (and remembering) the time to tune in to John Peel's genius. A...

And to say that, it must be super good.
Absorbing , evocative ,intimate, brilliant, informative. Everybody has said these words. I am having a tough time thinking of another word to express my admiration for this piece.
It's been a long while since I went to a gig. Quite a few years ago I went to Reading with my younger Brother. I felt too old to be there even then. I was surprised though about how many people of my age and perhaps older were there.
I haven't really been away. I look in pretty much every day, but I admit I have not been very active. That's because I have not written very much new work this year. Mostly I've been editing or trying to improve old stuff.
This is a big surprise, Drew. Many thanks

Not sure I deserve it since this is just a part of a longer piece, but I'll take it!
I hope the World situation calms down so I feel I can cerry on with this in the future
Cheers

I'm working on it. I've never tried writing anything in this genre before. I'll just see where it takes me. Isuppose it's going to be rather dark.
Thanks again. The cherries were very tasty. :)

This is a wonderful piece or poetic prose perfectly describing the magic of dawn.
This is so well crafted it gave me goosebumps as I read it.

I must admit I've been a bit remiss at reading your excellent poems, (and reading in general).
I have a soft spot for Yaffles, I hear them often but rarely see their typical green streak as the fly by on the lookout for ants nests....
