Wonderful poem about a wonderfully intelligent bird family

We have Jackdaws and Magpies in the garden. I like to watch the way the Jackdaws appear to respect the Maggies. The local cats so often the butt of the Magpies' jokes.

I have an iPhone but I don't use it for posting or editing. 

Microsoft in their wisdom downloaded four updates yesterday which my poor (getting tired) laptop struggled to install. Maybe something's gone squiffy.

Such a sad sight when trees are ripped from the ground

regardless of the reason, good or bad. I've had to cut a few trees down and also dispatch rabbits terribly sick with mixamatosis, the fact its the best solution doesn't help. This poem seems to me to illustrate that unease we feel.
