I was born in 1927 so I suppose I'm a bit of a dinosaur. I started writing my memoirs so that my grandchildren could read about a time when people had very little and times were hard. I also wanted them to have a piece of family history that they could keep.
My son in law suggested that i also post them here on Abctales so that others could read and hopefully enjoy them.
