Love is cemented through a strong relationship. It can grow in marriage or simply a precious bond of friendship. Richard L. Provencher has been married to Ann Esther Provencher since March 27, 1975. They have lived in Truro, Nova Scotia and area since June1986. Esther was born and raised in Cape Spear, New Brunswick and Richard in Rouyn, Quebec.
