where we dilly-dally

from one corner

to the next

then flirt between

the aisles

as we select attire

fit for a mature lady.

Bra for a youthful look

and a broach

to match silver hair.

Indeed we were like

teenagers selecting

items

to and fro

our day still fun

as twilight continued

its descent in our lives.
