Sorry Pepsi old boy, actually got a job and far too much overtime. Just found the new challenge, and that will now roll around in my head along with the other four ideas until I have some time to write. Argh!!!!! Help, I need one of those do-hickies that Hermione had in one of the Harry Potter books! :)

Oh and I had the perfect Haiku that I wrote a few days ago, and now Yutka has gone and done The Scream before I got there! Can I do the same piece of art? Or does that cross so faux pas line? Oh and Yutka, nice one. Next time wait another day to post! *Smile* Lisa

Sorry, people, I know you're all very busy! Personally I refuse flat out to do overtime these days - but I know not everyone has that choice, so much sympathy 2U, Lisa... Am I setting 'em too frequently then? Or shall I just carry on puttin'em out there, & if you have time, great, but otherwise you'll wait for the next one? Or whatever? Emma... Read your story... Serious subject, but the story manages to be quite lighthearted - which is no bad thing! Like the idea of Huntington's being a frog jumping around on the motherboard... Just a couple of points... 1. 'Joe' as a female name should be spelt 'Jo' - I know this, because it's the name of my 'Other Half'! 2. Personally I wouldn't end it with an exclamation mark - I think this imbues it with humour rather than poignancy - and I definitely think the story should end with a tone of poignancy... Overall though, nice interpretation of the title! Anymore...?? :-) * P * :-)

Couldnâ€™t agree more about the name, it was one of those - oops, should be â€˜Joâ€™ not â€˜Joeâ€™, but then I had to do some work lol. Iâ€™m going to change that now, and your also right about the exclamation mark. That actually says a lot about me, I always try to put a smile on the end of everything I do, but to give it a poignant ending would be better! And what do you mean more... that was hard enough. I may have a bash at a poem, or wait until more abc'ers try, and see if they inspire me. So â€“ whereâ€™s your entry huh? Em.

Glad you liked it Em, but sorry to disappoint, it didn't take that long - most of the time was actually spent on finding all the 'E's I missed! Here's something that just popped into my head: Help thereâ€™s a frog in my computer So the technician said to reboot her I pressed Ctrl-Alt-Delete And what should I meet? For it wasnâ€™t a frog but a newt in there!
