What Happened Dad

This is a true story based on the events my mum has told me.
Ill start just before I was born. There year was 1996. My mum was going out with terence(my dad). She thought she new him well from school. They had been together for 3 years. Then it started to change. My dad got addicted to marijuana (weed) as it is most commonly called. My mum didn't take any notice. He would just sit around getting high on his spliff. Then he started getting paranoid and started flipping out. He would say there after me. Then things got worse my mum fell pregnant with me. She asked him to stop and he flipped out and beat her up. For the rest of the pregnancy it was like she was under house arrest. She had to stay indoors with the aroma of the toxic drug doing unseen damage to me in my mothers womb. Then I was born. Alfie my name alfie terrence roberts. I was not a baby. I was an object that my dad would use to threaten my mum. Then one day the paranoia got to much. He thought my mum had told them that he was here. He grabbed me and held me over the balcony. Dangling 2 floors up. My mum come out and managed to grab me out of his grasp. She took me in and ran to the kitchen phone. So my dad grabbed the kettle and through the half heaten water over me and my mum before hitting he round the face. The blow made my mum drop to the floor with me in her arms. He then fled and left me with my half conscious mum to never be been again.
