there is a firestorm

remains a life undisturbed

a forest in a frenzy

a fireman of the woods

each with a mission-

 

one to saturate with emotion

the other to revive

faith through prayer

 

fear & escape

replaced by a kiss upon

a scorched earth.

These men are incredibly couragous. In my mind a firefighter is the most noble profession risking their lives every day for other's and with little reward.
