Eternal Night
Diamond drops
Memories past
Sparkle again
Prisoner no more
I’m free at last
Tear drops
Fading fast
Wipe my brain
Near the exit door
My dye is cast
Through the window
Of my quickening soul
An angel form is beckoning
Light fading now
I see my final reckoning

At the beginning, in the first two stanzas, I thought you were as seeing the raindrops sparkle on a window as the sun comes out, so you were seeing light after a time of either physical confinement, or trouble and pressure.
The last stanza puzzled me a bit, together with the title, as surely through our quickened soul, God beckons us to eternal light, though we meet him and know he sees all our failings, and all is 'reckoned up', he sees us in Jesus, washed and pardoned and welcomed into that place of light. So even as we leave this present light, we are welcomed into eternal light and his presence.
