Char Goes To Witch School -Episode Five

Char and her classmates were in disgrace. Miss Broomstick-Mubruoyup was not happy with them for being mean to a fellow classmate. They were all kept in detention that evening. They were all made to sit in their classroom and write "I will not bully my fellow classmates" over and over til bedtime in silence. Stupidly Miss Broomstick-Mubruoyup trusted them to get on with it and left them alone. The girls did write their lines out but they didn't do it in silence. They moaned to each other about what a complete cow Sophie was, and moaning about the fact that their teacher didn't believe them.
"You know, I've been wondering," Mary said. "Do you remember at the start of term, when Miss Broomstick-Mubrouypu warned us not to say the last part of her name backwards out loud?"
"If you did, there would be dire consequences," her twin sister Michelle said. "What about it?"
"I'd like to know what these dire consequences actually are."
"It probably summons up a green mist that possesses people and makes them pick their nose," Emma giggled.
"It could be a really ancient word in some ancient language that means 'where the sun don't shine,'" Jenny offered. "And it makes you have a constant itchy bum in public."
Mary stood up. "I'm going to do it," she grinned. "I'm going to say it."
Everyone looked at her, shocked.
"Mary..." Char didn't know how to tell her friend not to do it without provoking her more.
Mary blew outwards. "Miss Broomstick..."

In Sophie's bedroom, Sophie looked up from the book that she was reading.
"It begins," she cackled to herself.
