Invisible

I wear invisible black shades
So I won’t see.
I wear invisible headphones pounding
my ears with imaginary white noise
So I won’t hear.
I shout out loud with a silent voice
So I won’t speak.
I seal my eyes with invisible glue
So I won’t cry.
I walk my dog on the towpath.
Buy my food in the nearest Aldi.
Drive to the gas station to get fuel.
Watch mindless game shows on BBC.
Stream exaggerated movies on NetAzon
I go to bed a 22.00.
And all is well with the World.

Like the three monkeys all in
Like the three monkeys all in one? I've noted your grieved comments elsewhere about giving up on humanity, Ed. Not only do we know our own hearts, but we know how easily misunderstanding, misjudgments, mistaken condemnation of others happens especially where culture and verbal language and body language differ, and how viscioius people can get.
You may not understand him or how and when he works but the only hope is in the promise of justice and life to come, by the One who came, and who can help even when death comes to us all. Rhiannon

There are so many worlds to
There are so many worlds to hide in now, the real one being too awful to face when we feel increasingly powerless to change it. Are we or is that we 'they' want us to think? Exaggerated movies to dull our senses. Real life, somewhere, is always worse than the exaggerated movies.

it is one way of survival
it is one way of survival putting one's head in the sand for not falling prey to the demons around. Technic allows us to do this. What better playing computer games, listening to music with your earphones on, so to protect from the ouside noise of wars and destruction. The outside world becomes indeed invisible.
Some people use other means. They tend their gardens from morning to night, in summer and winter, without the need to know what is going on outside their cocoons.
We all try to survive.
