Still Around

I know I have been quiet lately. I have just been on holiday for a while and not had any internet. I promise that even though I have been very busy visitng new places as well as old childhood memories, there has been a story written but its currently on paper and needs a little editing. Hopefully be on here tomorrow or sunday.
As you may or may not know, I live in the uk up the nothern parts but it wasnt always so. I used to live a bit further south by 150 ish miles. My childhood holidays were never abroad, but don't feel sorry for me as the holidays I had were the most amazing ever.
I used to go to cornwall every year in the summer holidays and used to go to the beach almost every single day. and used to take my best friend with me. We had so mant laughs and late nights. We visited lots of places like The Minack Theatre which is a sea cliff theatre completely cut from the rock face. We went to the harbours and went crabbing though it is more humane now with no hooks.
My friend and I used to write. Every holiday there was a new notebook with a new pen and we would write and write though my stories were never as good as hers. She wrote a whole novel in a year which was started on one of our holidays and then she realised she has just used the plot from a bookmshe had been reading. Whoops.
Anyway this holiday was very memorable for me as I got to take my son and husband to some of the places I used to love and my lovly husband took me places i had always wanted to go but not quite made it too. One of those placees was St Micheal's Mount, an island that you get too at low tide or boat rides across if the tide is in. It is an impressive stately home that has been a home since the 1600's though it is older than that. Elizabeth I owned it as well as her daddy Henry VIII. It is long walk up as you can see from pictures if you look it up on the internet.
I have stopped halway from home to visit my parents. It was their birthday last week. My mum was on 27th September and my dada turned 70 on the 29th September. It is 11:18pm now so I am off to bed and I hope you like my next short story. It's based sort of on my life. If you read my previous entries you can see what I do as a job.
Night All!
