Crowd Control

In a crowd of forty thousand
there are bound to be a few
loose cannons. There are bound
to be black clad silent encounters.
In a crowd of forty thousand
you can expect mindless thugs
with truncheons and shields. In any
large crowd you can expect people
running wild and flailing at heads.
In a crowd, to be sure, there is
always the chance for violent mass
conscience; "just following orders"
like any good soldier. In a group
of a few there is always one,
wishing to replace CS Spray with guns.
