Fever

The fever rises:
I feel your skin against mine
Your breath on my neck
Sweet temptation caresses inch by inch
Hot sweat cooling skin
Superseded by cherry kisses in moonlight
The fever returns:
I feel your lips burn through my defences
Lost to all sensibility
Wanting, needing, begging for more
Slight exaggerated movements
Raise the heat and heartbeats
In unison through haze and daze
The fever rises:
Amid breaths and glistening flesh
Through my body, my bones, my soul
Knowing nothing but you
Entwined within thoughts and fantasies
Enveloped in uncontrolled ecstasy and
Fever.
