Vengeance

What price Human life?
Same as steel or glass -
do we have enough worth?

As things cascade and devalue,
we falter in our own questioning -
Does innocence deserve this?

OF COURSE NOT -
but -
someone has to pay the price
of human error
Coupled with bad choices.

What price Human lives?
We willingly foresee the answer.
