Episode 2: A Slight Breeze

Chapter 1
Typhoon

"See ya!" said Blazefire. "Some other time!" He blasted the wall open and ran out. The building instantly caught fire. The hostages ran out and he carried 2 kids out with him. The suit also gave him enhanced strength. As soon as all the hostages were safe he ran home. "Well" He said to himself. "That went well". He lay on his bed tired. Then he turned on his television. "The teen apparently set fire to the building. But a mysterious vigilante in some sort of black costume helped save the day. " But witnesses say they saw the same person attacking their house. "What!" said Jak. This new information made no sense to him.

Meanwhile...

Walker stared at the white orb Cliff had given him. Just then Cliff came in. "Walker! I have to tell you something. Bring that outside." he said. Bringing the orb he followed Cliff outside. Cliff took the orb and threw it against his house. "What are you doing!?" He yelled. "touch the white goo." He said. Walker touched it. It crawled up his arm. Cliff started to itch. The last time he had been itching was at the bank. The suit must be able to sense the presence of others, he thought. "Cliff! What the heck is going on?" said Walker. "Make the suit cover you." said Cliff. "What suit?" asked Walker. But as he said it the suit covered everything but his nose and mouth. "Wha?" "Good." he said. Just then Walked rocketed off the ground. "Ahhh!" He screamed. "Whats going on Cliff?!" He yelled. Then he realized that air was shooting from his hand. "Cool" he said. He used the air to manipulate around in the air. Soon he gained control and made a gentle landing. "Dont call me Cliff. He said covering himself with his suit. "Call me uhh...Blazefire." "Whats my name?" asked Walker. "Typhoon." said Cliff. "Sweet." said Typhoon. "What do we do now?" "I was hoping you'd say that." said Blazefire.

Chapter 2
Glare

Day stared at his golden orb. For some reason he felt like taking the golden liquid out. The liquid seemed to want out. He went to the garage grabbed a hammer and smashed it open. The liquid spilled everywhere. Why did i do that? he thought. He touched the liquid. It crawled up his arm and dissapeared. "bed time!" Called his mom. He went to the switch. He turned the light off but nothing happened. Thats weird. He thought. He went to the mirror. In its reflection there was no light. He turned his light off. Then on. Then off. he did this for several more minutes before going to bed.

Chapter 3
Allies?

The next morning Day got up and went to school. Before he got there he ran into Cliff and his 5 friends. "look what we have here..." said Cliff.
Why was he itching all of a sudden? At that moment Day activated his new ability. His body was surrounded by light. "I cant see!" yelled Cliff. He and his friends stumbled around blindly while Day stepped around them. Cliff and Walker took advantage of the others being temporarily blind and activated their suits. Day was walking when he felt a strong wind blow on him causing him to stumble. Normally it would have hurt more but the suit seemed to be able to take large amounts of damage. "How did you do that you freak? Was it the..." said Blazefire. But he was interrupted by a foot coming down across his back. He fell to the ground and looked up. There was Shadow staring down at him. He shot a fireball at him only to have it be dodged. All of Cliff's friends were now able to see again and gazed at the spectacle. Typhoon activated his ability again but Shadow made a spear out of his hand and stuck it in the ground. Then twirling around it he hit Blazefire in the stomach knocking him over causing him to stumble into Typhoon. By now Day had taken a running start and Shadow pursued after him. He grabbed Day's arm but he was blinded by his ability. "get away from me you freak!" He screamed. But Shadow deactivated his suit. "Jak?" said Day. "Yeah it's me." said Jak. He then explained everything that he knew starting from the moment the creatures in the orbs were stolen to the last few minutes. "Wow." said Day. "I need you to help me fight." said Jak. "No." said Day, "I dont want to get involved in this."You're already involved."replied Jak. But Day would not change his mind.

Chapter 4
The Encounter

That night Jak looked in his mirror. He had figured out how to turn his suit different colors for a sort of camoflauge. He tried to make his face like someone elses but it ended up loking like a deformed midget face. Jak shivered as he made some weird faces. Just then he started itching. It had happened to him at the bank and now he knew something was close by him. "Jak i know that you're Shadow." He looked under his door. A red glow was coming from underneath. "And I'm going to set your house on fire. Im itching which means youre here. But i wont do it if you hand over some more of those orbs right now. Jak didnt have any more orbs so he came up with an idea. Maybe he could change his vocal cords and alter his appearance. It worked before except the face he'd come up with might be a little deformed. He quickly changed his voice and altered his appearance as Blaze fire Burst through the door. "Who the heck are you?" he asked bewildered. "Thats none of your business." said Jak with his newly altered voice. "I stole an orb from here and i came looking for more. Luckily jak wasnt here. Also i couldnt find any more orbs. "well sorry to disturb you mind if i burn this house down." Jak felt a lump in the pit of his stomach and he was about to beat up Blazefire but he was interupted by a horrible wail.

Chapter 5
The Terrible Creature

Blazefire and Jak looked at the creatures standing in the door way. It looked exactly like Jaks suit. "Wait a second whats going on? Im gonna beat you to a..." But he was interupted by a terrifying blow from the creature. Then it seemed to absorb part of his fire suit turning his black suit reddish. Jak turned into his Shadow suit and punched the creature but to his surprise it didnt even wince. And then suddenly he recognized the creatures shadow. It was the same monster that had scaped from the chamber the day Jak opened it. But it needed a human host to survive and that meant that the human that it had was the professor that made the creatures. after he had whacked the creature Blazefire got up and studied the 2 black creatures. "What is going on?" he asked. Then a low bellowing came from the creature "You will find out soon enough." And it burst through the window. "So jak isnt the shadow." said Blazefire to himself as he jumped out the window. "But i have a feeling something else is going on that's much bigger."
