JUST NOT AS EXPECTED

Like a silky smooth seeming chocolate,
With a lovely, luxurious look,
That has a disappointing flavour,
You’re not as good as I thought you were.

Like a weather forecast for sunshine;
The prediction of a day that’s fine,
But then it’s grey, dull, wet and windy,
You’re not as nice as I thought you’d be.

So next time that you’re feeling lonely,
Do not consider bothering me,
For like a snug-look bed that’s solid,
I’m not as soft as you’d expected.
