I slowly walked out of the plane. Mom shuffled behind me.
"So this is our new home?" I asked.
"Yeah it is! It's just... just.. very dull. That's all!" she mumbled.
I rolled my eyes.
"So... where do we live?" I asked, supportively.
She looked around. Soon, she yelled," there it is, Gracie!"
I turned around to see a huge, black house. My eyes grew wide.
"You're kidding right?!!?" I yelled.
"No I'm not!" she yelled back.
We went in. Inside was very clean and simple. Outside... very scary. So mom, where am I going to school???" I asked.
"Oh yes, you are going to..... ah, Darkwood High!" she said.
Wow, I thought, this place sure is crappy! I went up to my new room. A black room. Gross. The room was black, there was a small closet and a window. This place stinks. It was late so mom cooked some pasta and then we went to sleep.
Squeak- squeak. I woke up to find myself staring at pair of really brown mice. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek! I screamed.
"What? What?" mom yelled, bursting into the room.
"Hello?!!? Can't you see this??? Miceeeeeeee!" I shrieked.
She got out one of her golf clubs and used it to hit them out the window.
"OMG. Lets move." I groaned. Suddenly, my alarm started ringing loudly.
"Time for school, Honey." she yelled.
