Bodhidharma faced the wall
Their for nine long years in silence

Not moving
Not speaking

Then he knew the void
The noble truth

This shadow was fixed
Upon the wall

He still sat there even after finding enlightenment

He is long since dead
But legend says his shadow still sits upon the wall
