BBC

This isn't really a story and it is certainly not a poem, but it was our breakfast and I thought it was funny, thought it might make someone smile, hopefully :)

I flicked over onto channel three, 'no,no, change back, quickly,' you screamed. I landed on a cartoon version of the Mr Men, am not very good with gadgets, put it this way texting takes me hours. Finally we returned, we had some guy droning on, we like the other two, but there was strike action at the BBC. Carol came on with the weather she was our favourite anyway, always happy and smiling, we love her clothes they are always a topic of debate. Apparently the whole point was to find out why there was strike action, who was striking, at the end of breakfast the penny dropped. No the BBC were not going to do a great big news slot about strike action at their own place were they? I pointed out triumphantly we might as well have watched channel three, they might have told us more about the strike action at the BBC!
