Appeal:
Signs of lots of homelessness in N. Norfolk. Bedding and personal belonging anywhere is cover. A dead (?) man wrapped in a sleeping bag sprawled out in a busy shopping area. A hand showing to prove there is someone inside the bag, to stop him being put in the rubbish.
Please can some of you write to your Minster of parliment if you see the same things?
Ask for more money for the poor... Because of parlimental people have to pay their 20% of the rent, and if they do, can't find money for bills or food. They have become the new faces on the streets.
This alters the careful working out of money to support the poor. They no longer have a subsistance allowance. This affects all businesses, because its the volume of poor that tbuy the most historically.
Think of the lightbulb factory that used to sell tousands of bulbs each week. Now no-one poor can buy a lightbulb.... and the volume of rich customers for the lightbulb is not so high.
Quess what: recession, more on benefits, not able to pay bills, homeless... etc...
