Sanity Is not a choice yet for some reason we take It for granted. Maybe It Is that there Is a max capacity of how much pain we humans can take until we falter and finally break.

I think that sanity is something we all might take for granted. It is circumstance; wherever it's a chemical imbalance/social deprivation that can push sanity away.
