Proclamation

"Today is the day," said the King, "that we must do things! We must gather our strength and fight!"

 

"Yawn," said the Guard at the back.

 

"You must not yawn before the King!" said the Wizard.

 

"Why not?" said the Guard.

 

"Because he is the King!"

 

"Good logic."

 

The King continued...

 

"The darkness is upon us! And we are the Shield against the Night!"

 

"(What is he actually on about?)" said Guard 2 to Guard 1.

 

"(Dunno)" said Guard 1 (who had yawned).

 

"We are Soldiers of Light! We must unsheath our Swords of Righteousness and strike!"

"And we shall pluck out the very eyes of our enemy with the Gleaming Spoon of Vengeance!"
