Political Correctness in America 4

In some senses, political correctness is not a liberal movement. It is also conservative. I don't know if conservatives have had any hand in shaping political correctness, but there is a conservative interpretation of political correctness. Conservatives seem to think that they can bring back the atmosphere of the 1950's through political correctness. You can't say anything bad about the WASPS but you can say bad things about everyone else. Each race or group interprets this to mean their own group or race. So it is a diversified version of the 1950's. But you cannot bring back the past. The past is gone. The present is here. And we can only change the future. In the liberal camp, it is discrimation, racism, and unfair government policies that have kept people from being equals to each other. So, in a political correctness atmosphere, equality is supposed to "happen." So in a political correct atmosphere, has anyone produced any works of art or done anything remarkable to disprove the superiority of the Western male Genius? No. You know why. Political correctness promotes mediocrity... that is its equality, the equality of the lowest common denominator. The Bible is highly politically incorrect, but it is also a text that is greatly critical of the Jews. One must read its racism, its cruelty, and its history in light of its critique of the Jews. If one does so, it does not seem all that racist or cruel. Political correctness also promotes a mode of thinking in which we treat Europeans, Asians, Africans, and other Others better than we treat ourselves. This is also false. I've often said myself that I don't have much affection for America but through AA, I am gaining an appreciation. Besides, I certainly do not idealize the other.
