We are all grown up me and you

no more teenaged

acting like fool

we just follow

the rules

that was me and you

i don't know

when it stop

just did

Me and you

we are all grown up now

years have gone by

we are older and wisher

now are we not

have we had

life lot

of heartache me and you

have we both

been to hell

and back

yes we are all grown up now

No going back

something to remember

when we are old and grey

oh we are getting that way

yes nice to see you

Your language portrays a stereotypical uneducated elderly couple, which unfortunately continues to be true in many parts of USA society. Reading the aloud shows the rhythm of such a life.

Thank you for your comment I neary took this off last night was not sure about it. Yes I think that what I had in mine. hi yes i always do i think everyone we meet leaves a in print on us. that we remember sometime. we may not remember the person but we remember the feeling of them . or soemtimes it just comes out of my head. i been doing this since i was 12 years old it in me always has been. so yet i do go with my gut. thankyou for your comment hugs maggie
