Baby Day

The grass is soothing on baby’s

feet, as mom and daddy hold

an arm apiece in their

yard one brilliant breeze

of a day, and little

Cindy giggles happily, as

she dribbles saliva down

her chin, mom quickly wiping

it dry with a soft touch,

eyes sparkling at their eight

month old and lays her on

a pretty pink blanket against

green then loving parents

too by her side, lost in

the magic of afternoon bliss.
