Out of Control-5

The place was packed. Mimi was sitting at the end of the bar, with a martini in hand, chatting up one of the waiters like he was the last man on earth. She wore a strapless black mini and gladiator sandals. She didn't like high heels. God knows she didn't need them.
Seeing me from across the way, she jumped off her chair and runs over, giving me the hugest hug.
" Cole! It's been forever! I've just been talking to Jeremy. He's one quarter Swedish and fucking gorgeous!"
You could always count on her finding the most eligible bachelors under twenty-five.
After introducing myself, he took us to the our table and took our order.
" I'll have a whiskey sour and some dynamite roll to start" I say, looking through the menu.
" I'll have the same".
" Coming right up" he says, flashing her a smile.
" So. You finally lost it. Do you feel any different?" she asks, blatantly.
" It was quick, but... satisfying. I don't think he wanted to be too rough, with it being my first time, you know?"
" Aww. You got yourself a gentle one. Sounds like a keeper".
" I certainly hope so. What's new with you?"
" Oh, you know me. A new guy every week. I don't get close to anyone these days."
She had gotten out of her last serious relationship two years ago and ever since, she'd been drowning herself in sex.
" Don't you ever want to try to let someone in again?" I say, knowing it's exactly the last thing she wants to hear.
" You just can't help yourself, can you? Even when I say, leave it alone, you're always trying to make me feel and it's the last thing I want to do!" she cries, disturbing the couples around us.
" Look, I didn't mean to.."
" I am sick of listening about your problems! You have a pity party everytime something doesn't go your way. I'm done!"
She storms out of the restaurant, shoving people out of her way like a lineman on steroids. Several customers yell at me for causing such a scene. Wanting to be able to come back here again, I apologize to Jeremy for our behaviour and slip the manager two twenties.
" Can you still get me her number?" he asks.
Throwing him a look of disgust, I take my order to go and make my way outside. Wishing that I had my car on me, I walk to the nearest bus station instead. Luckily, I went to the store yesterday and had gotten some tickets. I tell myself that the ride home will give me time to think about all that Mimi had said.
I don't have pity parties... I don't have pity parties....
"Fuck, I have pity parties." I mutter.
Back at my apartment, I blast some Dashboard Confessional and try to forget. Forget about Gavin, the arguments with my mom, Mimi, the fact that I haven't graduated from college yet... it's just too much. I curl into the fetal position and lay there for a few hours. Finally getting the nerve to pick myself up, I suddenly have an epiphany. I can sit here and cry about it... or I can change my luck.
I gather the neccesary tools to perform my circle. It was a little early to be casting one, but hopefully, it wouldnt make that much of a difference. I place the four candles, representing each element, onto the floor and use salt to close myself in. Once that's done, I point my knife to the north.
"Earth" I command.
Trees. Grass. Soil.
I light the candle accordingly and move on.
" Air ".
Gas. Smoke. Fog.
" Fire "
Matches. Lighters. Open flame.
" Water "
Lakes. Rivers. Streams.
Energy crackles throughout the room. I reach for my paper and begin to chant.
With all my might
I summon to me
The beauty of supermodels
And actors to be.
As I stop, I feel the changes being made within me. All negative emotion ceases to exist and I am given the confidence of a winner. I thank the elements and close the circle, breaking the flow of energy. I run to my closet and put on my best clothes. The look I manage to pull together is a good one. A white , long sleeved shirt, with ripped jeans and my Aldo boots.
" Yeah, that'll do." I say, staring at my reflection in the mirror.
I grab my jacket and head out the door, excited for what was about to happen.

This flows well and the narrative voice is solid - you've created a protagonist people can relate to. I suggest going through and checking your tenses, as it flicks from past to present a few times: "place was packed...She wore (past)...she jumps ...I say...(present)...he said (technically past)...I grab my jacket (present)...what was about to happen (technically past)".
Spotted a couple of typos:
your always trying to make me feel (you're)
I tell myself that (the?) ride home will give me time to think
She storms out (of?) the restaurant
I have pity parties(,)" I mutter.
"Earth(,)" I command.
" Air(.)"
" Fire(.)"
" Water(.)"
