A dream is like an Easter Egg

A dream is like an Easter Egg;

a fragile, painted thing

but then, bursts forth, a fiery leg

and brightly blazing wing.

And though the dream may fall apart,

a bird, from it, shall rise;

a bird of hope, born from the heart,

ascends to Easter skies.
