you love to sing
and when you do
your mind is blending hues
i'll weave my song around yours
so you'll never sing the blues
.
your voice grows red with passion
like a heart that's beating strong
but orange of deepest autumn
mellows out your fiery song
.
the sunlight of pure yellow
is a joyous cry of bliss
the greens of unspoiled nature
feel just like a mother's kiss
.
the indigo brings visions
of a meditative state
when violet shines with majesty
your voice will escalate
.
you love to sing
and when you do
your mind is blending hues
i'll weave my song around yours
so you'll never sing the blues

Oh, synesthesia, is about
Oh, synesthesia, is about seeing words and letters as colours isn't it? I do that, and it's different in Welsh and English (actually I always thought that, but now I've been checking and there isn't a vast diference on numbers and days of the week, maybe affected a bit by different letters in the words!), and my son who has perfect pitch has a lot of association of music with colours I think.
But that is by the way, I enjoyed your song for the idea of colours in emotions and singing anyway, very much, and nice to see you back! Rhiannon

Love the vaguely unsettled/

Love the vaguely unsettled/ tinged tone at the start and then mixed with brighter images, only to end as it began.
