Did you know that you can make Honey in a solid chewable form by mixing it with sugar and caramelizing the sugar?
Basically, you shallow fry (I used rapeseed oil but other oils will probably do) a dollop of thick honey mixed with two teaspoonfulls of brown sugar.
Wait for the honey to melt into liquid in the pan before adding and mixing in the sugar.
Now pour your mixture from the pan into ice cold water which will cool it down quickly so you can eat it.
As you will see, because the brown sugar has caramelized with the heat it has changed the consistency of the honey into something resembling chewy toffee.
